What is JoeJogger.co.uk all about?

In a nutshell, I love running and I want other people to share my passion! My mission was to offer the most popular running shoes at the lowest possible price to make running affordable to as many people as possible.

How come your shoes are so cheap?

JoeJogger.co.uk is all about no nonsense, high value and fast service, offering you the lowest prices available online. I keep the range down to the most popular running shoes on the market so that I can buy in bulk and maintain the best prices. What you won’t get from me is specialist advice and a chat about which shoes are the right ones for you. All product details are on the website, helping you to make the right choice, but all communication about your order is done by email.

Why does it cost £5 to send my order?

I use Parceline Couriers to deliver all my orders next day. I know it's important to you that you get your order as quickly and as securely as possible. My flat fee charge reflects the cost of this service. I like to keep my postage charge visible to you and not add it into the cost of the products that you order. This way, I'm able to keep my prices as low as possible and I know you like that.

Are the shoes old or end of line models?

No, all of the shoes you see on JoeJogger.co.uk are the latest models.

How often do you change your product range?

So that I can offer you the best selection of running shoes around, as well as responding to your needs, I like to add a new model to the website each month. If you can’t see your favourite shoe on JoeJogger.co.uk, place your vote on the home page and you may well be able to buy them at a great price here soon!

Why can’t I place an order over the phone?

I’d love to chat to runners all day but, as I said before, JoeJogger.co.uk is about speed of service. Communicating by email is another reason that I can afford to keep the prices so low. The online ordering process is simple and I’ll let you know by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you do need to get in touch, you can email me at joe@joejogger.co.uk.

I’m not based in the UK – can I order from Joe Jogger?

No, I only dispatch orders to UK mainland addresses to keep the service reliable and delivery charges at a fixed rate. I do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

When will I receive my order?

If you place your order before 1:00pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched on the following day and weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday. You can read my full terms and conditions here...
