RETURNS

Any item purchased from me can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days, provided it is returned in a saleable condition. Please ensure that you send the shoes and box back in the condition you received them in.

Exchanges
If I make a mistake in your delivery or the product is faulty, I will ensure that your replacement is issued as quickly as possible and will not charge you for replacement postage. I will also refund the cost of returning the product to me.
However, if you need me to replace a product because you ordered the wrong size, or you decide that you want something else, then all of the postage charges will have to be covered by you - that includes the return postage to send the item back to me and £5.00 to have any replacement sent out. If I cover the cost of replacing products that customers no longer want through no fault of mine, then I would have to raise my prices to reflect that extra cost. I know that you don't want that, so please be certain before you order.

Remember, I can't take responsibility for items lost in transit, so make sure you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
