None of the following information affects your statutory rights. As a UK based company, Joe Jogger is subject to UK consumer law, giving customers peace of mind.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (17.5%) and are in UK Sterling (£). Whilst all prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. I reserve the right to alter prices or specifications without further notice.
I accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo. I will only take payment from you once your order is ready for despatch.
Availability of products on my website is updated automatically according to current stock levels. Occasionally this may not be 100% accurate, but I will of course contact you should the item you have ordered be temporarily out of stock.
You can cancel all or part of your order prior to its despatch by email. If the item has already been despatched, you should use my normal returns procedure to arrange for a refund.
We use state of the art, fast and reliable online credit card processing via Commidea's servers to ensure your security.
Timing: Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday-Thursday (excluding bank holidays) will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 1.00pm Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1.00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Method: My method of delivery is by Parceline couriers and your order should take no more than 24 hours to reach you once it has been despatched. Your order will require a signature on delivery, but should you not be available, the couriers will leave a card informing you of their visit and will attempt to re-deliver your order within the next 24 hours. Deliveries are not made at the weekend. They will then hold your order for a further 5 days for you to arrange delivery before returning your order to me.
You will receive an email informing you that your order has been despatched. Should you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order, please email me at joe@joejogger.co.uk.
At present I only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
I do not deliver to BFPO addresses.
Unfortunately, deliveries to some part of the Scottish Highlands may take 48 hours to reach customers. The postcodes where this applies are as follows:
FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42.
Costs: My flat-rate postage and packing charge is £5, regardless of the number of items in each order. This charge is what it actually costs me to deliver in 24 hours, including the packing and labour costs. I use Parceline couriers to deliver all my orders next day. I know it's important to you that you get your order as quickly and as securely as possible, plus it means that I can resolve any delivery problems much quicker using the parcel tracking number. My flat fee charge reflects the cost of this service. I like to keep my postage charge visible to you and not add it into the cost of the products that you order. This way, I'm able to keep my prices as low as possible and I know you like that.
